We come from the fields of education, school management, law, psychology, design and the creative industries. As colleagues, we have developed schools together in different constellations.

As the FLY team, we are passionately committed to school development that collaboratively and dynamically incorporates the interests and strengths of its main stakeholders - students, teaching staff and parents - and effectively stimulates the learning community, placing it on a more solid and sustainable foundation.

Besides that, we love the mountains, the sea, houseboats, cycling, running, skiing and Pilates as well as Anischräbbeli with our cappuccino.
