Meeting Day Hep-Verlag
Anja Dogan and Branka Rezan are presenting our approach to effectively reduce the workload of teachers. A proven approach shows the framework within which students can learn to manage themselves. Mutual support creates a serious yet relaxed learning atmosphere that promotes performance and reduces disruption in the classroom. With this support, students experience themselves as self-effective and take responsibility for themselves, for others, and for the learning environment. They become more resilient, their self-motivation increases, and teachers are relieved of stress in the long term.

GreensKool Conference
Caroline Spirig and Emmanuelle Brunet presented our workshop “Leaders of Tomorrow” at the GreensKool conference in Duisburg. The focus is on self-leadership, responsibility, and teamwork as key skills. The upcoming 2026 book shows how schools can foster cooperation step by step without complex programs. Flexible modules like student parliaments or peer mediators are central. Parental involvement and school design also play an important role.

Swissdac Conference
At this year’s SwissDidac, Ruth Kopp and Caroline Spirig will present “Leaders of Tomorrow – How Cooperative School Culture Strengthens Resilience and Self-Leadership.” It highlights the potential of an active educational partnership between students, teachers, and parents, presenting a practical approach that creates a healthy learning environment by combining perspectives, resources, and competencies. In this way, students experience self-efficacy, take responsibility for themselves and others, and naturally develop teamwork and leadership skills for the world of tomorrow.
